-Planning and Meeting customers and doing product presentation to get the requirement for their Existing and new projects, and to maintain relationship.
- Mapping the customer for entire range of the product we deal with i.e. Lighting, Switches & Cables.
- Preparing Quotations for all the inquiries receive and following up with customer on every alternative day to convert into order.
- Coordinating with Sales Support Staff for preparing product submittal and following up with the customer to get submittal approved.
-Providing samples and technical support for the approval to speed up the process, to close the deal.
-Maintaining updated Customer list with new and existing customers for regular follow up (Weekly Twice).
-Use to deal with Purchase Team for Commercial Negotiation on price, discount, and delivery.
-Taking care of whole response of end to end Project Management i.e. Product Selection, Submittal, Quotation, Purchase Order, Execution, Payment, Delivery and final follow up.
-Use to Coordinate with Sales support and Warehouse Team regarding the material delivery to the respective location.
-Following up with procurement and Manufacturer to get the status on back orders weekly, to make delivery plan as per the project schedule.
-Coordinating and Immediate follow up with accounts team for the payment or cheque collection.
-Making weekly, monthly sales report and forwarding same to sales Manager.
As a Sales Executive,
Deal with LED Lighting - Thorn Light, Lug Light, Switch Made, Jiso, Du Light Hansa Green, Lumez.
Under Floor System - OBO Floor Boxes
Wiring Accessories- MK Switches (Exclusive Distributor)
-Meeting customers and doing product presentation to getting the new enquiries.

( Retail Sales ) Deals with Luxury Lighting Products i.e Chandiliers, LED's, Furniture and Home Furnishings from Italy, Spain, USA, Czech Republic
-Going in front of customers and greeting while entering in, and taking care of their necessity.
- Listening to the customer and assisting them to respective counters and suggesting the products as per their requirement
- Explaining the product and its maintenance part briefly as per their requirement.
- Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers.
- Making add-on and cross selling for the main product and closing the sale.
- And making quotation for bulk orders and processing the orders for production.
Coordinating with merchandising team to get the status on orders weekly.
- Checking the quantities of goods on display and in stock.
- Responding to incoming Email and phone enquiries.
- Explaining customer loyalty program at the end of the sale to retain the customer for long term with our company.
- Taking care of entire showroom sales and its display as per VM standards.
- Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone.
- Making monthly report for daily walk-ins and keeping track of pure retail sales (PRS), ABV’s.
- Recording the sales and order information and report the same, to sales head.
- As a part of customer sales Team, should call the existing and new clients across the globe.
- Explaining the product, its maintenance and warranty as per the requirement.
- Making quotation for bulk orders and processing the orders for production.
- After the production, should follow up with Logistics and deliver the products on the shipping address to the concerned country.
As part of Cisco - Customer Sales Team, Use to call the clients across the globe with the help of data base and explain the products and taking the order.
I use to deal with Cisco Products I.e IP Phones, Routers, Tele presence etc.
