1. Provide overall management of IT departmental activities and resources.
2. Define short and long term Company Information Technology strategies.
3. Responsible for follow-up and maintenance of the Microsoft database system
4. To ensure maximum availability of computer systems throughout the Company
5. Responsible for the provision of IT infrastructure services including desktop applications, Local and Wide area networks, IT security and telecommunications.
6. Development and implementation of new systems and programs
7. Working with senior management to propose, agree and deliver IT service to defined Service Level Agreements.
8. Responsible for IT hardware, software and maintenance procurement.
9. Provide Network of communication, interaction of Information Technology and organizational structure.
10. Responsible for the implementation and running of the ERP project and coordinate with concerning managers to ensure successful implementations using.
11. Ensure and achieve the cost effective use of information technology services (PC’s, Servers, Printers, Notebooks, and Peripherals etc.) by controlling, coordinating, or advising their purchase, across the Group.
12. Provide Information Technology training services within the Company to facilitate the effective use of IT.
13. Provide a monthly written report to the Director on all aspects of the IT Department.
