Taught technical English courses and coordinated an on-the-job training (OJT) program. Liaised with upper-level managers and senior technicians to develop a needs assessment (gap analysis) in order to identify language-relate weaknesses and strengths. Developed a curriculum based on the needs assessment and carried out instruction for over six months.
Taught high-intermediate general English to university-level students. Implemented communicative teaching methods to help learners develop fluency and accuracy in all four language skills.
