I currently serve as a Sergeant in the Brazilian Air Force, with responsibilities in
various areas, including managing bidding processes, contract auditing, operational
leadership, and physical training. My role in managing bidding processes and public
procurement involves overseeing the entire process, from selecting suppliers to
negotiating and acquiring materials needed for aviation operations and
investigations. In this capacity, I am responsible for ensuring that contracts meet
technical and legal requirements, in accordance with Brazilian legislation. My work
here is focused on formalizing acquisitions and ensuring compliance with the
technical specifications of materials and services acquired for the Air Force.
In addition, I serve as a contract auditor, where my focus is to monitor the execution
of contracts signed by the Air Force, ensuring that both parties fulfill the agreed
upon terms, such as deadlines, costs, and technical specifications. The primary
responsibility in this role is to verify that the delivered materials or services comply
with what was stipulated in the contract and report any discrepancies or necessary
adjustments.
In the operational field, I am responsible for leading troops and coordinating their
physical and operational training. This role involves not only ensuring the effective
execution of missions but also fostering discipline and ethical development within
the team. I oversee physical activities to ensure the physical and psychological
readiness of the personnel, preparing them for the challenges of military service.
At the 4th Regional Aeronautical Accident Investigation and Prevention Service
(SERIPA IV), my role focuses on the initial stages of aviation accident investigations.
In this capacity, I collect data at accident sites, such as photographs and witness
statements, and perform preliminary analyses to determine the potential causes of
accidents, such as human or mechanical failures. This function is crucial to ensure
that investigations are conducted efficiently and safely, contributing directly to the
prevention of future accidents.
Additionally, I am responsible for administering physical fitness tests and training
programs for military personnel in the unit. This involves ensuring that all personnel
are physically fit for missions in challenging environments, such as forests and
mountains, ensuring that they meet the physical requirements necessary to perform
their duties efficiently and safely.
Lastly, I participate in promotion and recruitment committees, where I evaluate the
performance of military personnel to promote those who meet the criteria for career
progression. I am also responsible for conducting physical evaluations for new
recruits and military personnel seeking promotion, ensuring that they meet the
required standards for advancement.
Furthermore, I perform any duties inherent to the role of a Sergeant, adapting to the
needs of the Air Force and ensuring the overall success of the units mission. I have
also participated in GLO (Law and Order Guarantee) missions, which involved
ensuring the enforcement of laws and maintaining public order in situations
requiring military intervention.

weight loss, endurance, and rehabilitation. I worked with clients from diverse
backgrounds, adapting workouts to meet their specific needs and ensuring they
followed a safe and effective exercise routine. I conducted initial physical
assessments to establish goals and monitor progress over time, adjusting training
plans as needed.
Additionally, I provided guidance on sports nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits,
helping my clients adopt a balanced lifestyle that complemented their fitness
objectives. My approach was based on motivation, continuous support, and creating

for clients such as Saraiva, Sesc, Nestlé, among others, where I
supported electricians in performing maintenance and preventive
work on air conditioning units. Later, I was assigned to work in the
logistics department, responsible for overseeing the entry, exit, and
storage of goods used for maintenance purposes.
