HR :

Manage 50 employees plus 150 contractors on the books of Tradelink Services, my JD includes
- Develop and implement annual/quarterly HR/ manpower/ Head Count budgets.
- Implement HR & Admin strategic and tactical plans.
- Maintaining data around attrition, headcount & HR related engagement metrics
- Implement KPI’s for Business Unit Heads. Ensure monthly monitoring and reporting process for progress on achievement of KPI’s (KPI’s Vs Actual).
- Manage appraisals, rationalization & MIS handling/
- Ensure highest ethical conduct of self and the employees of business units

- Worked closely with our UK partner to recruit staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates, Payroll and Employee benefits
- Talent Acquisition - Extensive use of search engines - Careerbuilder, Efinancials, LinkedIn, JobsDB, Dice, Google, Monster, Naukri, websites etc
- Sole point of contact to understand all IT job descriptions from clients / prospects, which is then explained to the team to source the right profile in less time to the client.
- Built a professional recruitment profile with connections to over 3500+ candidates in technical service, banking sector and International Oil & Gas Sectors

SAP HR :
Support Operations for Payroll Configuration (HR400) and Time Recording (HR306)

- Responsible for troubleshooting, configuration, development, and test plans for the system.
- Verifying and editing new hire data into system.

Talent Transformation and Development :

- Creating a learning and development framework to support competency development, role movement and career progression.

Talent Training and Development :

- Utilise Cambridge University Learning techniques to increase the professionalism and communication of the Sales and Marketing team.

Payroll Admin : Performance Management System & Payroll (SAP HCM): Visualizing various scenarios & testing the HCM systems response to them with respect to functional accuracy.
- Supported the SAP Configuration Team during implementation for business blueprinting, business process mapping into SAP solution sets, design and development of solutions to address business gaps, SAP configuration to meet business requirements, system testing, go-live and post cut-over support.
- Responsible for developing and creating documentation of standardized procedures for the payroll department.
- Created a payroll manual for the payroll field representatives to be used in their daily operations.
- Developed and provided training for payroll representatives


Marketing
- I am responsible for both developing and implementing a strategic marketing plan covering the south of UK and Asia.
- Reporting into the Proprietor of the company, I work across teams at all levels to ensure the brand is continually developed and promoted consistently both internally and externally.

SEO
- Direct Linkup with Trade Directories and Online B2B web portals such as IndiaMart and Alibaba.
- Utilisation of Adobe Dreamweaver to completely redesign the website (www.tradelinkservices.in) with Flash animations. Currently working on Adobe Muse to rework the same site with SEO support in HTML 5 with Php and CSS scripts.
- Content development and management for Off page optimization.

Corporate Social Responsibility : Managing a people development project in Chennai - to create a Job Portal for underprivileged and socially backward from the Chetpet taluk.
