Responsibilities covered were setting up reservations and ticket counter from manual operation to automation, issuing airlines package tours i.e. Electronic Tickets, PTA’s (Prepaid ticket Advice), STPC (Service to be Provided by Carrier) EMDs (Electronic Multi-purpose Documents related to hotel accommodation, meals, & Airport Transfers Vouchers) and handling flight firming of pre departure flights to ensure maximum load factor.
