In charge of curriculum planning, implementation, teacher orientation and trainings,
parent communication and counseling, managing student behavior, managing day to day
Nursery operation
Reporting to Nursery Manager and Owner Teacher

• Leading a class of 24 students ages between 2.8 and 6 years old corresponding
with PreK, KG 1 and KG 2
• Creating the monthly plan,
• Creating the Individual learning plan for children that need support classes,
• Preparing the comment cards, grading, and report cards,
• Communicating with the parents using the school management system,
• Meeting with parents and discussing the child progress,
• Meeting with the school counselor, parents, and department coordinator to
discuss and find solutions to behavior challenges (recommendations for testing
and following up with the parents for treatment plan, observing and reporting
improvements or delays)
• Leading the Circle Time, presenting materials individually and in small groups,
• Observing, planning, and presenting according to the child interest,
• Using the principle of Positive Discipline techniques inspired by Jane Nelsen.
• Preparing for end of year show, Graduation, and other events
• Preparing the environment with Practical Life activities, sensorial activities that
suits the children interests indirectly preparing them for further learning and
developing their skills.

In charge of all academics and operations of the Nursery, reporting direct to the
owners.
