As Commis 1, I usually make all the miscen place for cold kitchen and work under the supervision of my Chef de Partie. I make sure that everything is in proper order, hygiene and temperature. All products expiration dates and availability are all monitored.

As line cook in a casual dining I have a lot of duties and responsibilities; by checking all the deliveries first thing in the morning, making all the productions from appetizer to main course while I make all the guests' order.
