Responsibilities:
· Communicating with customer regarding processes, pricing, discounts, deliverables, reports, SLA, and internal changes.
· Coordinating and planning with retail, eCommerce, sales, and marketing to achieve net sales targets across MENA.

· Developed quantitative and qualitative MIS reports, Dashboards, and KPIs bringing 98% accuracy and visibility of data across the organization.
