• Site surveying and getting actual dimensions.
• Contact suppliers and get quotations.
• Preparing quotations for clients.
• Attending meetings with clients, consultants.
• Arranging work with contractors, subcontractors and third party.
• Responsible for all the lift installation work based on technical documents, including Guides installation, Cabin & motor installation, connecting all the relevant electrical and electronic systems and performing start-up and operation.
• Hand over lifts to clients.
• Arrange with suppliers for aftersales services, getting missing parts and spare parts.
• Hands on mechanical & electrical faults repair.
• Arrange and follow up work for maintenance team.
• Arrange spare parts required for repair & maintenance.
• Searching for suppliers.
• Handle all the various problems, issues and emergencies that may arise in relation to a lift.
• Working with different types of lifts (Electrical, hydraulic, home lift, panorama, MR and MRL), & different types of controllers (Monarch Nice 3000, Arkel, arcube & aecode)
• Responsible for all the lift installation work based on technical documents, including Guides installation, Cabin & motor installation, connecting all the relevant electrical and electronic systems and performing start-up and operation.
• Start-up and operation of lifts.
• Periodic checks and inspections of lift systems.
• Ensuring that lifts can be operated safely.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Handle all of the various problems, issues and emergencies that may arise in relation to a lift, including cabins stopping between floors, accidents, breakdowns and damage.
• Carry out the registration of documentations.
• Mechanical and electrical structure for elevators.
• responsible for all the lift installation work, including Guides installation, Cabin & motor installation, connecting up all of the relevant electrical and electronic systems and performing start-up and operation.
• Maintenance engineer for elevators.
• Handle all of the various problems, issues and emergencies that may arise in relation to a lift, including cabins stopping between floors, accidents, breakdowns and damage.
• Perform unplanned maintenance work based on a call-out basis.
• Site engineer.
• Ensuring that lifts can be operated safely.
• Carrying out periodic inspections.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Fitting and installation of new passenger and goods lifts based on technical documents.
• Start-up and operation of lifts.
• Ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of lifts.
• Periodic checks and inspections of lift systems.
• Identifying and repairing electrical and mechanical faults and replacing damaged parts.
• Upgrading and refurbishing old lift systems.
• Adjust safety controls, counterweights, door mechanisms, and components such as valves, ratchets, seals, and brake linings.
• Searching for suppliers
• Coordination of deliveries
• Issue the technical reports.
• Carry out the registration of documentations
