• Tight follow up with the Project managers of subcontractors on performance of critical milestones of the
project/programme/portfolio.
• Advising the development team on time and project control related matters to ensure the project/programme/portfolio
are successfully delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitor the department revenue through integration between progress and interim payment with automated sheets.
• Assessing any baseline, revised, recovery schedules and claims submitted from the contractors.
• Reviews capabilities of Contractor’s and suppliers and perform off site inspections as necessary to determine
suitability.
• Weekly meeting with contractors and consultants monitoring Consultant’s performance to ensure procedures are
followed for expediting review and approval of shop drawings, other technical submittals.
• Help in solving site issues and Co-ordination with design team.
• Recording lessons learned and updating organizational process assets.
• Developing progress and follow up sheets.
• Monitor engineering design progress, material and equipment procurement and construction and commissioning
status.
• Provide financial projections and forecasts and participate in the preparation of monthly progress reports.
• Establish and agree on project reporting procedures, prepare and present monthly project progress through
presentations or dashboards (Excel or Power BI).
Achievements : Succeeded in developing a dynamic, standardized procedures of project management in a very short
period along since day one of initiation of the PM department in the company with enhancing the processes and
communication protocols resulting in doubling the revenue of the department and a significant enhancement of
customer experience/ helping the department’s transition toward digitalization by approaching the latest techniques,
platforms, simulation models and best practices in the project management field.
Projects: Magra El Eyoun/ Levana-Uptown/ Post Office Head quarter- New Capital
•Managing planning team in various projects.
•Developing projects cash flow considering payment terms and constraints.
•Developing EPC baseline, revised, recovery, and operational schedules considering the defined dependencies and constraints, the required resources and durations.
•Updating project schedule, monitoring and produce clear and appropriate reports for appropriate personnel in a timely manner (e.g. Manpower Histograms, 'S' Curves, Weekly Work and Look-Ahead Schedules).
•Optimizing resources utilization for all projects (such as scaffolding cycle, and precast product progress of works and productivity against project plan). Achievements : Three baselines submitted and approved from various clients. Two claims awarded.

Planning of project "October Park Rayos-Mountain view" consists of 96 building (SA and TH villas) Reporting to : PCS Manager
•Analysis of all delayed events through the documented data on site, prepare and submit EOT events to the client.
•Assuring to deliver all the activities to the targeted phases milestones.
•Extracting the target of the year for the company (money wise) and deviations from the schedule using earned value management with different methods and also contributing with cost reports when needed.
•Manage the collection and maintenance of all information that supports the reporting of progress, Measures achievement, look ahead schedules and exception and variances against planned performance / expected benefits in KPIs for the top management.
•Develop the monthly work volume( Invoices) and ETC through primavera P6 integrated with the technical office.
Planning and control Al Safwa cement line 2 project with cost of 221 Million SAR. Owner: Lafarge Holcim, Consortium: ThyssenKrupp France
•Support all the site team in achieving the milestones with a huge effort for all aspects.
•Responsible for track, monitor, control and forecast (Look Ahead Schedules) progress of all activities, shipments, fabrication status and engineering documents related to civil and MEP works.
•Develop detailed recovery schedule for any delayed parts of the project.
•Develop and update Tie In and shutdown schedules on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
•Dealing with civil, mechanical, electrical and electromechanical activities and performing the monthly invoices through progress track sheets.
•Develop and update resources (manpower and equipment) histogram and any documents needed weekly or monthly as required.
•Coordinate with the Consultant to prepare Company Cost Estimate (CCE).
•Monitor, assess, and report the performance of the Project management consultant commercial staff.
•Evaluate allocation of resources and provide recommendations to maintain required progress.
•Review status reports, modify schedules and plans as required and keep the management and Project key persons apprised of the progress on a regular basis.
•Arrange and attend all meeting (i.e. schedule review meeting, progress meeting and coordination meeting between all parts of the project).
Responsible of execution of infrastructure and roads of 50km long section and control all site equipment in South Security Border Project with total cost of 800 million SAR.
