• Advising the development team on time and project control related matters to ensure the project/programme/portfolio
are successfully delivered on time and within budget.

customer experience/ helping the department’s transition toward digitalization by approaching the latest techniques,
platforms, simulation models and best practices in the project management field.

•Develop and update Tie In and shutdown schedules on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
•Dealing with civil, mechanical, electrical and electromechanical activities and performing the monthly invoices through progress track sheets.
•Develop and update resources (manpower and equipment) histogram and any documents needed weekly or monthly as required.
•Coordinate with the Consultant to prepare Company Cost Estimate (CCE).
•Monitor, assess, and report the performance of the Project management consultant commercial staff.
•Evaluate allocation of resources and provide recommendations to maintain required progress.
•Review status reports, modify schedules and plans as required and keep the management and Project key persons apprised of the progress on a regular basis.
