• Responsible for Implementing the CMMS.
• Planning for day to day jobs.
• Responsible for Planning for Preventive and Corrective Tasks.
• Responsible for Issuing and keeping track of work orders.
• Responsible for Preparing, issuing and tracking preventive maintenance work orders.
• Responsible for scoping major jobs by making site visits (Master Plan).
• Responsible for Planning for Annual Shutdowns.
• Responsible for Maintaining backlogs for each crew.
• Studying offers technically and commercially.
• Coordinating with suppliers to get the required quality with the best price.
• Planning and estimating labors, material and tool requirements for major jobs.
• Responsible for Preparing and arranging for required spare parts and check availability of other materials (on time without delay and without having an excess stock).
• Responsible for Coordinating & cooperating with the purchasing team to get spares on time with prioritized list.
• Responsible for Arranging for expert and supervisors (3rd party).
• Keeping a history of work done, parts used and costs of maintenance.
• Responsible for Preparing control reports.
• Establishing budget for the maintenance and preparing expenditure report.
• Coordinating resources and ensuring timely and specific execution of plant operations.
• Coordinating between Operation and maintenance on downtime for maintenance.
• Communicating with the management on problems related to mechanical failures.
• Sharing in the preparation of contracts.
• Commitment to continuous improvement.
Master Degree in Business Administration.
Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.
B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering from Omdurman Islamic University Second Honors Section II
