1. Provide executive level management support to the General Manager and the Chief Executive Officer with a demonstrated ability to improvise, improve procedures, and meet demanding deadlines.
2. Liaise between all departments and site offices to ensure proper communications and reporting practices, and submission of reports.
3. Coordinate regular corporate management meetings, develop presentations of reports for related meetings, and draw-up and distribute minutes of meeting.
4. Organize the details of special events, travel arrangements, corporate agendas and itineraries.
5. Initiate recruitment of secretaries and document controllers when required and provide them orientation and training with regards to their roles, duties and responsibilities, standard office operations, proper project management and systematic document control and filing.
6. Coordinate with consultants, clients, sub-contractors and suppliers.
