Conduct market research with customers to ensure that new products and opportunities are identified to meet business opportunities in order to grow cash management revenues consistent with overall Wholesale Banking strategy.

Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for the managements of assigned new and enhanced products throughout their
development life cycle & manage projects within approved methodology, time scale & budget,
meeting the Group standard for Audit, Control and financial reporting.
• To provide detailed functional requirements for assigned projects, or components of large projects, to provide necessary input for the creation of project approvals/product programs.
• Conduct market research with customers to ensure that new products and opportunities are identified to meet business opportunities in order to grow cash management revenues consistent with overall
Corporate Banking strategy.
• Co-ordinate new product development and launches with Country Heads of Cash & product
management, to ensure that products are deliverable. To over see User Acceptance Tests (UAT) and project implementation and to ensure that appropriate approvals are obtained at all stages of the
project.
Key Measurables: • On time, within budget, with desired quality, product program roll-out.
• Shared responsibilities with in country product managers for market acceptance and revenue
contribution of products.
