• Doing the check in for the new leased flat
• Doing the check out for the tenants who vacated the flats
• Doing the maintenance check up for the whole flat/villa after renewal each year
• Follow up on tenant maintenance complaints
• Follow up on the work completed by the contractor
• Taking care of the delivery of the white goods from the respective com• Coordinate with projects team and contractors to make sure those units are ready
• Handle all DEWA related issues such as transfers, refunds and payments to customers.
• Action maintenance requests from tenants in managed properties.
• Carry out routine property visits where required.
• Undertake prospective applicant viewings where required
companies and the fit out work.
• Submitting the inspection report to the manager
• Inspection of the building on a monthly basis
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports
