I am located in Abu Dhabi UAE and our company deals with the fire and gas detection products and fire extinguishing system. My Role is to design and estimate the best suitable solution based on the client requirement complying with the technical standard. Taking care of project, Estimation, Checking and preparing Documentation, designing the control system and suitable filed devices.
I installed the drager gas monitors and commissioned as per the process. Here after the
installation we are servicing at client site and doing th periodic calibration for the
respective sensor.
Control Engineering
* The HART protocol for communicating with the field devices and basics with
PROFI BUS communication
Here I am experiencing the selection of field instrument for the relevant process
and as well as installing in the field and interfacing with DCS, PLC
Service for Fire & Gas detection System, Portable gas Detection system &
Respiratory system
-Responsible for monitoring & supporting for sales & Service team network in Southern
Region
-Responsible for Installation, Testing and commissioning of the all site related FGS system
with co-ordination of Service team
Area Of Specialization
Very well experienced in calibration of various types of gas detectors and its
application.
Installation and commissioning by connecting to its controllers and configuration
according to the needs of customer
Panel wiring with Honeywell C200 controller and interfaced with
experion PKS software (server).
Installation & Commissioning of Filed Instruments (PT, LT, TT, FT)
Having knowledge in Calibration of Control Valves Positioner, PID controller.
Electrical panel designing & wiring.
Trouble shooting electronics equipment’s (sensors, Pressure switch, Speed Switch)
Hands on Experience in Pneumatic and Hydraulics Equipments .
Programming for PLC, DCS.
