Responsible for all Finance department sections. Reporting directly to the
President of the Company. Responsibilities include:
• Using (ERP) - GP- Great Plains- British Academy integrated system. Then later changed to ACCPAC (Accounting Package) also British system.
• Reporting monthly activities:
o Sales and billing report
o Collection Report
o Aging Reports for different projects
o Bank Loans and Fixed Deposits
• Final accounts presentation
• Investment monitoring
• Other Special Projects
• Produce qualitative monthly management accounting reports including all financial aspects of the company i.e. balance sheet, cash flow and capital expenditure monitoring.
• Ensure that all budgetary controls are successfully applied.
• Coordinate with local banks for long and short term loans.
• Oversee the development of annual budget and make recommendations to the management of ways to streamline and balance the budget.
• Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost reduction opportunities.
• Leading and supervising other staff.
• Assessing the financial implications of new or existing ventures
• Participating in strategic planning and formulating long-term business plans
• Coordinate with Head Office in USA for Taxation issues and locally to provide them with Zakat and Taxation certification.
Directing and coordinating all companies and programs activities to provide vendors, clients and management with logistic current technology that ensures effective and economical support concerning purchasing or servicing of products, systems or equipment: Analyzing contractual commitments, equipment specifications, design changes.
Developed and implemented programs activities, coordinated efforts with subcontractors, supply departments and service providers. Also developed and initiated preparation of policies, procedures and manuals to provide logistic support for the C-130 aircrafts and C-41 RSAF communication program.
Create a complete database of qualified vendors for all standard and required material and/or service to ensure excellent quality with low price.
