As the Maintenance Engineering Consultant; Start and Initiate the Maintenance programs.
• Establish the Machines & Equipment Lists.
• Establish the Manpower Lists (with HR Assign the new employees).
• Establish the Tools & Handling Equipment Lists.
• Make as built Drawings for the networks for Compressed Air, Steam and Diesel Fuel Circuits.
• Establish the Preventive Maintenance Plan.
• Establish the Preventive Maintenance Records Documents.
• Establish Spare parts proposals per each machine with min, max and the reorder point per each spare part.
• Establish the Maintenance Core file (Daily Report / Machine Life Card).
• Establish the work order and the Breakdown Report with breakdown analysis, root cause and the solution.
• Establish the down time analysis per each machine, per each fault, per each shift and pick the largest 5 faults to create the maintenance action plan.
• Establish the Training Matrix for maintenance Team.
• Forecasting the elementary Maintenance Budget files (Spare Parts file, Tools file, Training file, New Employees file, New Machines/Equipment Required file…..etc.).
• Provide the Technical advices to Maintenance Engineers and their team as per need.
Within an effective ISO system: Direct the Engineering Maintenance Dept. for the Chema Foam Plant by Supervise the maintenance engineers.
•Establish, develop and manage a high qualified and performance Technical Team.
•Defines the sub objectives needed to achieve the factory main objective.
•Establish the spare parts Proposals and submit it to warehousing department to ensure the availability of spares with the min, max and reordering point per each machine.
•Establish the Training Matrix per each one in the dept. in co-operation with HR dept.
•Implement Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance plan and insure the technical accuracy.
•Plan and manage new lines Machine Installations (new blue foam production line - the largest one in Egypt).
•Maintain an accurate Engineering records and take the necessary action for all relevant analysis for improvement.
•Establish the Maintenance Budget (OPEX, CAPEX).
Major Achievements:
•Complete the Installations of new blue foam production line - the largest one in Egypt.
•Establish the Maintenance Booklet per each Machine.
•Establish the spare parts Proposals.
•Apply 5S rules in Maintenance Workshop.
Direct the Engineering Dept. for the Plants by carrying out the following:-
•Supervise the maintenance engineers per each plant
•Establish preventive maintenance schedules
•Establish the spare parts Proposals
•Control the spare parts consumption.
•Follow up and analysis the machines history to minimize the downtime
•Within the continuous improvement, Review to minimizing the Defects and losses.
•On job training for Technicians to rise their skills
•Establish and follow-up the Risk assessment for Both Area and Function
•Establish and follow-up the Training Matrix for the Technicians
•Manage the maintenance tasks within the safety &quality assurance policy.
•Train the Technicians with short safety training.
•Establish the Maintenance Budget (CAPEX, OPEX).

Direct the Maintenance dept. for the Foods Plants (Meat processing plant, Fish processing plant and Chickens slaughter). By carrying out the following:-
•Estimate the machine availability and OEE% for Prod. Lines and review the machine downtime.
•Minimizing the Defects and losses by review the machines adjustment.
•Establish and follow-up the Risk assessment for Both Area and Function
•Establish and follow-up the Training Matrix for the Technicians.
•Control the spare parts consumption.
•Establish and Conduct preventive maintenance.

BEL Egypt Co. (la Vache Qui Rite), A French leading company in the field of processed Cheese, Within an Autonomous management system/TPM, Direct the Objectives work for two cheese Packing and a Carton Plants by carrying out the following:-
•Estimate the OEE% for Prod. Lines and review it with Maintenance Downtime.
•Within the continuous improvement, Review to minimizing the Defects and losses.
•Establish and follow-up the Risk assessment for Both Area and Function
•Establish and follow-up the Training Matrix for the Technicians.
•On job training for Technicians to increase their skills.
•Control the spare parts consumption.
•Conduct preventive maintenance in accordance with SAP.

•Completed the dies fabrication project for our sister company (Qatar branch) in almost 3 months, ahead of the original schedule of 6 months.
•Fabricated a pipe ends winding machine by reverse Eng.

•Receive, Operate and Maintain the Project Equipment (Electromech. Equip.; RO water system, Boilers, Diesels, Firefighting pumping station, HVAC, Elevators)
•Establish preventive maintenance schedules

•Commissioned and started-up the hospital Equipments.
