• Review and approve Supplier’s design documents such as MV Switchgear, Kiosks, RMU, MV and LV cables, MV and LV Poles, and Lighting fixtures, etc. for accuracy and compliance with codes, standards, and specification requirements.
• Review and approve Bill of Quantities provided by Contractors for all villages.
TB2 Travellator Project
• Following up Electrical construction activities such as the installation works of MDBs, Low Voltage Cables, Earthing Systems, and lighting systems
• Following up Low Current construction activities such as the installation works Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV and Building Management System
Cairo West Supercritical Power Plant (650 MW)
•Following up testing and commissioning activities of 500kV and 200kV Switchyards’ control and protection panels
•Following up Electrical construction activities such as the installation works of Power Transformers, MV Switchgears, LV Switchgears, MCCs, DC and UPS panels, Transformer Protection panels, DCS panels and Buildings’/Areas’ groundings and lighting
•Following up the Testing of MV and LV motors and cables
•Following up the installation works of cable trays for various areas and buildings
•Following up the cable installation activities such as cable routing and termination in daily basis
•Reviewing Installation progress of Electrical Installation Contractor
•Attending weekly site meeting and Providing construction status for the cable installation activities (actual cable lengths and termination)
•Inspecting and providing materials receiving reports (MRR) for Electrical equipment
•Reviewing the Turn over Packages of different systems prior to energization.

•Prepare bid tabulations and bid evaluation report for Switchyard package (500kV and 220kV Gas Insulated Switchyard).
•Participate in all electrical packages evaluations (500kV and 200kV GIS Switchyard, Transformers, MV & LV Switchgears and Electrical Installation packages).
•Review and approve vendor design documents of GIS contractor such as 500kV and 220kV GIS single line diagram and schematic diagrams of control and protection circuits
•Review and approve vendor design documents of civil contractor for Administration, Main Control, Construction Management, Warehouse and Workshop Buildings for panel schedules and power circuits, HVAC system, fire alarm system, CCTV system, paging system, lighting (Indoor/outdoor), grounding and lightning protection drawings.
•Review and approve vendor design documents of schematic and logic diagram for MV and LV networks
Sidi Krir and El-Atf Power Stations (2X750 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant)
•Develop electrical specifications and single line, relaying and metering diagrams.
•Develop Electrical Load List for all power plant systems
•Perform cable design activities such as cables sizing, routing and terminations
•Prepare bid tabulations and bid evaluation report.
•Prepare preliminary and detailed design for the balance of plant (BOP) of all electrical systems.
•Prepare and study technical drawings and specifications of electrical systems.
•Lead technical discussions with contractor in coordination meetings.
•Prepare technical reports related to specific design issues or contractors/clients clarifications.
•Participate in all electrical packages evaluations (switchgear, transformers, and generators).
•Perform calculation for Electrical Equipment Sizing (Transformers, DC, UPS, and Emergency Diesel Generator)
Cairo North Power Station - Module II (750 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant)
•Prepare and study technical drawings and specifications of electrical systems.
•Review and approve vendor design documents for accuracy and compliance with codes, standards and specification requirements.
•Coordinate between Project Owner and all contractors.
•Perform cable design activities such as cables sizing, routing and terminations
•Issue cable pulling cards and terminations cards for construction.
•Update database with the actual cable length.
•Draw electrical schematic diagrams.

•Issue cable summary report periodically.
