•Generating sales leads through Company-sponsored events while coordinating with the regional marketing function locally.
•Managing, hiring and training sales staff.
•Motivating sales staff and monitor their production levels by using the established Gold's Gym protocols and sales system programs.
•Holding daily production meeting with sales team.
•Establishing and maintaining the standard company protocol for sales tours and price presentation.
•Establishing and maintaining an active referral system with the sales team.
•Developing and retaining corporate client relationships through the sales team on a monthly basis.
•Audit sales team on a monthly basis.
•Providing and maintaining the highest level of customer service.
•Managing and handling clients' contracts.
