I am responsible for laboratories and quality control of all activities inside the plant. Analysis, plans, KPIs and continuous improvement for the cement produced are our objectives. The quality control starting from raw materials (owned &received) analysis and design to comply of cement to the standard specifications along side with customer satisfaction. Different eco-types of cement have been produced achieving the objective; Eco-products with Net Zero Carbon.
The master research was about the physicochemical characteristics of Portland cement produced in CEMEX -Assiut Cement Company and using of steel slag as raw material to decrease the specific heat consumption and minimize the cost.
Bachelor degree in Chemistry.
