Performing responsibility of senior anaesthesia and ICU physician.
• Preparation of patient physically and psychologically before operation and anaesthesia, with good reassurance. (From simple body surface surgery in adults to the most complex surgery in patients of all ages, including the premature new-born).
• Optimization of patients that need preoperative management with collaboration with other colleagues and other medical dispelling.
• Good cooperative team work with senior and junior staff with full respect.
• Utilization of great medical knowledge and use of up to date technology and medical equipment to ensure the patients safety and satisfaction, and to provide smooth and safe, sophisticated anaesthesia.
• Ensure early recovery of patients and good postoperative managements including analgesia.
• Return of patients to their life style as soon as possible.
• Provision of Safe and effective Procedural sedation/analgesia. Examples; endoscopic procedures, interventional radiology and dental surgery.
• Continues Medical Education, and publishing of special cases.
• The resuscitation and stabilisation of patients in the Emergency Department.
• Pain relief in labour and obstetric anaesthesia.
• Intensive care medicine.
• Transport of acutely ill and injured patients.
• Caring about trauma patients especially those with severe head injury or polytrauma at ER level or ICU.
