Managing, leading and supervising the company restaurants branches network and foodics systemproject installation, setup and configuration to ensuring readiness serving customers. -Supportand administer firewall environments in line with IT security policy. Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including routers, switches, DNS and DHCP. Continuous monitoring of WAN links. Communicating with third party technical specialists. Configuring and managing backup & restore procedures. Prepare and maintain required documentation and prepare reports as required. Identifying & reporting on the budgetary implications of IT projects and upgrades. Deploying new hardware, server backups & evaluating new software. Managing Contact Center System "Telefinity Softphone". VMware (ESXi, Vcenter). Supervising IT team and train trainees.
