Currently I am working as a General Manager of Technical Follow-up Projects A project to establish a free link to connect Dekheila Port with the international coastal road (Dekheila Axis) in Alexandria Governorate with the General Authority of Alexandria Port, with a total value of (820 million Egyptian pounds) consisting of 2 flyovers and a ground road with navigators
• A project to establish a multi-storey garage inside the port with the Port Authority
• Alexandria, with a total value of (285 million Egyptian pounds)
• Al-Kafouri Road Burg Al-Arab Corridor Project, roads and constructions, including the expansion of the road inside Lake Mariout, and the construction of bridges for pedestrian crossing with the General Authority for Roads and Bridges
• A project to maintain and replace the separators of a Stanley bridge in Alexandria Governorate A project to renovate the beginning of Al-Bayhaqi in Al-Qabari Bridge (Previously Customs Gate 27)
• A project to implement 2 flyovers for cars above the Cairo-Suez Desert Road (the two slides of the Ataqah railway bridge - the bridge at the entrance to the tunnel of the martyr Ahmed Hamdy K 109) 1. Supervise the follow-up and preparation of studies and technical programs necessary for the use, operation and maintenance of machinery, equipment and vehicles, and their development and statement of their technical condition. 2. Supervising the development of specifications and technical conditions for the equipment and vehicles that are purchased for the company. 3. Supervising the testing of the equipment or the car after its renewal. 4. Organizing and following up the examination of industrial defects and observations resulting from the operation of equipment and vehicles, studying their impact on their efficiency and proposing appropriate modifications thereto. 5. Studying the causes of increased consumption of fuel, oils and spare parts in order to reach the economic limit of their use. 6. Supervising the follow-up of technical studies for public and limited tenders 7. Domestic and import, with a technical study .

• Directed, monitored, and coordinated all onsite activities of the project and handled materials reconciliation activities to guarantee project progress in accordance with the approved schedule.
• Scheduled periodic preventive maintenance checks of all mechanical equipment/systems, pumps, and supervised troubleshooting/major reconditioning of assemblies including of engines, transmission power train and hydraulics thereby minimizing the non-functional time.
• Oversaw maintenance and repair programs for Asphalt trucks/components and ensured that the programs are executed in an efficient, safe and economical manner to attain minimal turnaround time for critical repair work for the following Heavy equipment bands (Komatsu, Volvo, CAT, Ingersoll rand, TEREX, Wirtgen, Hamm, Belarus), Diesel Fuel Trailers brands (IVECO, Mercedes, MAN), Small Diesel truck (Mitsubishi, Isuzu) Asphalt Batching Plants (AMMANN, APC).
• Managed costs, streamlined and controlled project budgeting, ensured the timeliness, accuracy, and consistency, analyzed variance, and suggested corrective actions.
• Regularly monitored the maintenance operations and assigned personnel and technical support teams on site for 24/7 basis for optimal performance.
• Maintained inventory of spare parts, audited usage and accordingly placed orders to ensure continual production with minimal idle stock.
