Responsibilities:
 Responsible for managing the entire employee life cycle of data engagements focused in driving strategies for retention and improved employee satisfaction.
 Endowed with gestation and accomplishment of strategies for competency development, compensation & benefits management, talent engagement, reward & recognition, performance management and retention management
HR Business Partner:
 Built a strong relationship with the internal customers to ensure better cross-functioning team and as a SPOC for all employees and managers.
 Fortifying HR processes and policies are in place across the organization.
 Analyze the HRMS data and publish MIS for decision-making.
 Review and implement the performance management system for smooth functioning in the organization.
 Function with people managers to create the career development plan and opportunities.
Employee Engagement:
 Strategized and conducted group discussions with employees to identify and solve concerns; offered a resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations
 Focused on attrition alerts and informed to management; engaged the employees by conducting Fun Fridays and other activities; led content preparation for the TV display
 Leave plans for employees (Maternity/Sabbatical/Medical/Anniversary leaves)
 Initiated and implemented various employee engagement strategies with an objective to educate and engage the employees beyond their daily operational hours.

 Bagged CSR award for outstanding accomplishment in the year 2018
 Actively participated in the CSR activities and received consecutive month-on-month appreciations
HR Technology
 Identified and structured external tools to automate program operations and ensure user-friendly implementation
Achievements: Successfully used a new HRMS tool that had all in one function, which was used in multiple platforms earlier by reducing burdens to 75%
Talent Engagement:
 Prepared the talent attraction and retention report to reduce the attrition rate; provided immediate updates to the entire employee pool when policies/procedures were changed or altered
 Worked through the process of talent attraction and retention and initiated various community outreach programs, implemented competitive benefits packages and clearly communicated their value to team members
Rewards & Recognition:
 Structured and implemented a new retention bonus scheme for high performers.
 Planning and utilization of team engagement and motivation budget.
Achievements: 100% utilization of the budgets on quarterly basis
Performance Management:
 Orchestrated the performance management activities circumscribing goal setting, training sessions, ensuring compliance with appraisal guidelines.
 Handled post appraisal queries from the employees.
Achievements: The activities observed zero errors and accomplished within the deadlines.
Compensation & Benefits Management:
 Implemented annual compensation review activities and introduced a new bonus structure for high-performers
