•Review the Contractor’s interim valuations & prepare the payment Certificate as stipulated in the Conditions of Contract.
•Assisting the Resident Engineer for the assessment of Contractor’s Claim for Extension of Time & Prolongation Cost.
•Preparation of financial report to the Client for monthly/quarterly progress report.
•Monitoring and updating the financial status of the project.
•Clarification to the Client’s Quantity Surveying Unit for Financial/ Contractual Issues. .
•Agreeing the new rates/final account with the Contractor and recommending to the Client for approval.

•Sewerage Reticulation Project for Aluminium Bahrain (ALBA). Project consisted of Sewerage pipes having pressure and gravity lines, Pumping stations, Drainage Manholes and lines, Tumbling Bay Manholes, Trust Block concreting at bends, chilled water pipelines by Sub Contractor, Telephone ducts and chambers and Roadworks.
•Project Managers - BACTEL - LAVELIN JV ( American - British JV) Project Cost Dh.30 Million including Waterlines, Roadwork and services with PWA - Bahrain
Supervision for the construction of Dh.50 million worth Projects of Super Market, 12th Class School Building, Clinic and 80 houses Project 66 KV Substations. Directed supervised a team of 60. Reported to the Project Manager.
Supervision in the management of major construction projects for United Technical Consultants Pvt. Ltd. based in India. Reported to the Project Manager.
•Managed and directed a team of skilled and unskilled labours through all the phases of construction till the time of full commissioning and handing over of Civil Engineering Projects.
