• Inspect work site regularly
• Make daily observation reports and submit
• Prepare letters, reports, draft NCR(Non compliance Report) if activities are carried against safety norms
• Deliver tool box talk in rotation regularly
• Check work permit before work begins
• Report to safety engineer along with daily observation report
• Reminding all workers that safety is the best policy to target zero accident
• Give weekly and monthly statistics of safe man hours, LTI etc to safety engineer
• Attend weekly safety meeting of contractors with client
• Attend contractor safety meeting with SAFCO3 safety engineer and submit reports of work in progress and issues if any
• Monitor workers if they are wearing PPE’ sat all times ensuring safety standards are complies with
• Verify work permit
• Ensure the good house keeping
• Organize, monitor and coordinate safety campaign, loss prevention programs within construction site
• Develop and implement safe mode of practice and thinking
• Coordinate and arrange training programs, firedrills, safety related meetings
• Conduct safety orientation for newly hired employees
• Interact with company representative on health and safety issues
