Turkmengas’s USD 3.4 Billion South Yoloten Gas Development Project, Turkmenistan, Corporate Project Management office, Sharjah, UAE-Complete FEED, Detail Design & Procurement phases.
ACTIVITIES
Development, periodic review and update of Project Quality Plan and other QA, discipline/ function documentation as part of the overall Corporate & Project Quality Management System, regular feedback from project to improve corporate QMS, Maintenance of Project
QMS as component of Corporate QMS Website.
Project Quality Management Induction to all project staff, focal point for all QA issues through FEED, DD, Procurement delivery that included QA coordination with project site.
Developed project audit strategy, plan and lead project quality audits and reviews for FEED, DD & Procurement phases covering Project Team, Supplier/Contractor-Initial Assessment and post-award execution.
Lead corporate quality audits at periodic intervals for improvements to corporate QMS; Supported initial engagements and implementation of improved corporate QMS initiatives
within project.

• Involved in preliminary work on fabrication & Testing of six units of Gas turbine exhaust systems for Salalah power project, OMAN.

Design, development and implementation Quality Management System and manufacturing of Power Industry pressure parts to ISO-9000, Indian Boiler Regulations, Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) & ASME, various International construction codes, standards and regulations at shop floor and project site;
Preparation of Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Inspection & Test Plans, Welding Procedure, Inspection documentation, Training & Qualification of Welders; Innovative approach towards evaluation and monitoring of suppliers; Conducted many training programs on QMS, Participated in various personality enrichment programmes;

Successfully executed the following `EPIC’ indigenous & export projects as a Quality Task force member of the project team, to name a few:
• 655 MW Dual Fuel, Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP), Gujarat, India promoted by Gujarat Torrent Energy Corporation, Powergen (UK), and Siemens AG.
• 2 nos., 45t/h auxiliary boiler (with auxiliaries) export order to M/s EDF, Egypt thro’ group company Babcock Industrial Boilers, Germany.
• One set of certified Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) pressure part modules for M/s Arcos de frontera, Spain thro’ Nem, Netherlands conforming to ASME & PED.
• HRSG pressure part modules for M/s Gulf Total Tractabel Power Co., Abu Dhabi thro’ M/s Austrian Energy.
Successfully involved in the manufacturing, inspection and expediting activities of many Heat Exchangers, SS Columns, and 3TG carbon & low alloy steel high pressure piping for mega projects.
• Involved in inspection of various Pressure part components of High Pressure Boilers, Chlorine Containers, Pressure vessels & Heat Exchangers;
• Commended for implementation of various cost saving measures in assembly and welding of FPW stubs on drums.
• Involved in manufacture, inspection & testing of Industrial Boilers and wide-range of Process Equipments.
• Handled shop floor, work allotment and maintenance of shop records, delivered many projects of acceptable quality on time.
