JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILTIES:
•Responsible for providing all the sizing, general layout of the system, costing to the end user or EPC contractor during Feed and EPC phase of the various plants.
•Responsible for technical design of the plant during tendering of the systems. Getting technical approval of the system from end user before proceeding for commercial part.
•Preparation of PID and General layout of the plant with Design Team.
•Project Cost Estimation.
•Being Project Lead, responsible to handle multiple projects both commercially and technically from the project KICK - OFF till the hand-over of the plant for the commercial production.
•Effectively tracking the Project Schedule and Cost.
•Technical discussion with the client and other departments of the organization.
KEY HIGHLIGHTS OF TEHNICAL SALES AND PROJECTS HANDLED:
Design and Feed Management of GASCO HABSHAN 1 condensate improvement project. Project Value in Total was above USD 25 Million.
Design and Feed Management of GASCO HABSHAN 5 IGD project on behalf of Pall for filtration vessels. Project Value was above USD 20 Million.
Design, Feed Management and execution of GASCO HABSHAN 5 IGD Amine filtration package Project Value was above USD 5 Million.
Design and Feed Management of Codensate dewatering project for PDO CPP.
Design and project Management of Filtration and separation project for Umm-Ad-Lakh Island of ZADCO.
Design and project Management of various filtration vessels for ADGAS project.

Job Description:
* Presentation to new client about our company profile and credential.
* Generate new enquires through internet, with the help of Local Agent/ Representatives and other media in respective countries.
* Basic & detailed engineering of the Project, sizing of the plant equipment's, utility requirement calculations.
* Cost Estimation of the project. Timely preparation of the complete techno-commercial bids
* Strategy for the technical sales of the plant.
* Preparation of Technical datasheets for bought out items & getting bid from various vendors to put in the final cost of the plant.
* Preparation of preliminary PFD, PID and General layout of the plant.
* Co-ordination with Client & Vendors.
* Follow up with the client for converting the offers/bids into the orders.
* Attend the techno - commercial meeting with clients.
• Technical Sales, Design and project Management of powder entrapment project for Aditya Birla Group Thailand.
• Executed Technical Sales, the Basic and detailed Engineering of a spray drying plant for Thai Ambica chemicals company Thailand.
• Executed Technical Sales, the Basic and detailed Engineering of a rotary vacuum drying plant for Sapec Agro Portugal.
• Handled Enquiries through technical sales department for the spray drying plants from the clients like Sapec Agro Portugal, Quingdao Chemicals China, Chemanol KSA, Hycarb Plc Srinlanka, Various chemical plants for Taynih Tapioca Vietnam, Progel Colombia, ZLD Plant for GE India for their Iraq Project, and various others.
• Handled various enquiries through technical sales debarment for spray drying plant and other process plant enquiries from countries like Mexico, USA, UK, Turkey, Indonesia, Thailand, etc.
