Conducting regular Safety Audit and identifies un-safe conditions and unsafe acts the plant and recommended safety improvement.
Review accidents and suggest preventing similar future incidents.
Conducting daily tool box talk & safety pledge.
Conducting regular employee safety training, classroom lectures, demos and hands-on instruction and covering following subject like basic safety at work place, PPE, Emergency actions, First aid, demo for firefighting, basic awareness of work permit system, lockout-tag out process, risk assessment procedure awareness, work place hazards, etc.
Prepare educational seminars and webinars on regular basis review existing policies and procedures.
Adhere to all the rules and regulations work with HR to set up a new employee on-boarding process for safety.
Check if all the employees are acting in adherence with rules and regulations.
Investigation report against safety Violations by workmen.
Maintain discipline among the employee about safety.
Guide to workers in doing a job in the correct and safe way.
Resolve complaints and suggest to management for corrective action.
Preparing all stage work instruction.
Preparing Safety inspection reports.
Inspection of the worksite for identification of Hazards & unsafe act.
Conducting all power tools inspection.
Inspection and Certification of all Cranes and lifting tools. Including ensuring test certificates validity from competent authorities, wherever applicable. Also fitness of all plants and machinery.
Daily safe work procedures for all site activities one day before the start of work.
Strongly drive work permit system for all types of work like hot & height work
Demo for fall arrestor at the site (for working at height)
Identifying Fire hazards & implementing precautionary measures.
Record, analysis the First-Aid Case, near miss cases and accident in all projects.
Conducting motivation programs on monthly basic.
Creating safety awareness with company employees about lockout-tag out process like used to ensure that dangerous equipment is properly shut off and not able to started up again prior to the completion of maintenance or repair work.
Inspection of fire extinguisher two times in month.
Making of monthly safety bulletin report.
Arrange safety competitions like quiz, slogan, poster competitions exhibition etc.
Handling two big size network warehouse total areas- 4, 00, 000 square foot. (10 Acrs) inbuilt area- 225000 square foot. At Talegaon & shikarapur locations & seven open land CMP sites & six B2B Hub locations in different cities of Maharashtra.
Routinely visit of all sites warehouse & open land locations to monitor security compliance measures.
Ensure implementation of effective Security management policies.
Review and manage all Operational management systems including preventive and corrective maintenance, term contract work, and unscheduled maintenance for security systems.
Negotiate with service providers and contractors to effect cost reductions.
Assist with recommendations for new sites layout, refits and opening/ closures, ensuring optimum utilization of surplus equipment.
Responsible for Security Surveys, Risk-Assessments & Training (Site evacuations / fire drills)
Participate in writing and issuing security related policies and procedures
Complete regular audits of the all sites & warehouse/bond
Implementation of safety and work environmental rules.
Liaison with local police, government authorities, security & intelligence services & maintain a network of contacts with security agencies.
Investigation crime injure theft & unusual incident.
Provide accurate and timely advice to employee’s user regarding safety & security related matter.
Handling all the Security & Loss Prevention Activities at hyper stores having capacity approx. 91000 q ft. and & 07 markets stores & hub activity in Pune region and reporting to the National Security head Mumbai and Operations Manager Pune.
Ensuring good Liaison with the local authorities like, Police, Traffic, Fire brigade, local leaders, Mathadi, hospital etc.
Ensuring the deployment of adequate security manpower at sites with the quality services from the security agency.
Conducting monthly training on Firefighting, Crisis and disaster management, First Aid, Bomb threat, emergency preparedness and conducting quarterly evacuation drill for employees and outsourced staffs which include security, maintenance, housekeeping etc.
Conducting monthly audit on security, health and safety related aspects, submitting monthly reports to the management and review on quarterly audit reports for next steps towards employee safety.
Ensure the working of Security & fire safety gadgets like DFMD, HHMD, Sensors, EAS antenna; Radio sets access control, fire panel system, fire alarms, hooters, smoke detectors etc.
Ensure the working of CCTV cameras, DVR, speakers, updating log books.
Handling a team of 4 Loss Prevention officer & 1 security officers and time to time motivating and rewarding them to achieve company desired objectives.
Ensuring to conduct half yearly fire & safety audits of the stores through thirds party auditors and submitting the reports to the Chief fire officer of Fire brigade.
Ensuring proper vendor management and AMC planning with the service providers like Security agency, CCTV vendors, security and safety gadgets providing agency, compliance auditors etc.
Ensuring to keep strong physical as well as electronic security set up at the stores.
Conducting through investigation on customer and employee thefts, fraud investigation, shoplifting, gang theft, employee integrity, scandals and submitting detail incident report to the country head for action.
Conducting monthly surprised night visit of the stores to check night ops of stores and security.
Ensuring the effective shrink control and stock loses in the stores by conducting surprised audit of cash tills, vendor deliveries, vehicle checks, inventory audit in the SAP, auditing physical verses systems quantities of high value products, gap scan, dump process etc.
Handling two hyper Stores in Pune Region having capacity approx. 41000 sq ft.
Handling all the Loss Prevention Activities at hyper stores and Reporting to the National Security head Bangalore and Operations Manager Pune
Handling one hyper Store having capacity approx. 41000 sq ft. and 16 express stores in Pune region.
Handling all the Security Loss Prevention Activities at hyper stores and Reporting to the Area Manager Loss Prevention & Regional Operation Head.
Licensing of Region:
Responsible for applying new license, PFA License, Insecticide License, Liquor License, weight & measurement, fish meat license, labor license, Shop Act License.

Handling all store security systems & man power strength 150.
Motivating and directing people.

Supervising the day to day, security operations of an assigned client site.
Managing a team of Security Officers, Site and Shift Supervisors including hiring/selection, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development and support.
Ensuring the Client Site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and Property.
Building, improving and maintaining effective relationships with both client and employees.
Coordinating necessary support services to effectively manage client site to meet or exceed financial and operational goals and provide quality customer service.
Monitor the entrance/exit and patrolling of client’s buildings.
