• Acquired essential experience in handling multiple projects from design phase to execution and completion through proper management of all available resources.
• Coordinate engineering outputs to meet project requirements. Plan all Electrical defined elements of the project as directed by Manager. Prepare progress and routine reports with daily monitoring and submission to PMO. Preparation for Lighting Calculations, SLDs, Load schedules, and submission to Client for approval.
• Establish and maintain good and effective communication with all project stakeholders, including P&T, process engineering and discipline engineers, HSSE staff, operations staff, Turn Around Team, procurement team, and execution contractors. Receive/Action Request for Information (RFI) that apply to electrical works.
• RFI's requiring design feedback will be directed to the Designer for response. Review the responses for adequacy. Make use of the 3-D Visual on site for proper MEP Co-ordination and avoid any reworks due to clashing. Monitor the testing & commissioning activities of the Electrical, ELV and LV systems.
• Lighting System installation for packages - Façade, Entrance Lobby, Lounges, Lift Lobby, Retail interior, Landscape, etc. Load calculation and as-built submission and getting approvals from Client. Lighting Control design pertaining to packages in coordination with the Lighting Supplier and Client requirements.
• Conversant with the tasks related to Building Completion Certification stage and Authorities inspections & approvals. Leading transition and managing all deliverables in a transition life-cycle. Led teams in building high-quality and highly resilient scalable products and platforms. Implementation of security and data protection. Ensuring the product related complaints and suggestions are taken up with tech and prioritized.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure right expectations are set. Resolving customer complaints and escalations as per the defined TAT. Preparing various product walkthroughs and product manuals, SOPs so that customers can understand various product features. Designing software as per the project requirements.
• Preparing reports on project specifications. Understand the key integration points, work cross-functionally across different business processes, and understand challenges faced by business teams. Connecting with the customers to understand the problem and providing an early resolution. Resource on boarding/off boarding

PROJECT: DUBAI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT - CONTROL TOWER SUBSTATION UPGRADE &TERMINAL 1 ELECTRICAL UPGRADE WORKS | CLIENT: DAEP
• Electrical Project Lead for an AED 50M project to replace existing Electrical Systems for the Control Tower Substation.
• Electrical installation of 11 KV/ 400V Transformer, Ring Main Unit, its testing and commissioning. Providing complete technical assistance as Site Engineer for the project as per project technical specification and Airport Regulations. Installation of ELV systems (BMS, SCADA, SCN and other telecommunication system)
• Installation of LV panel, SMBD, Final Distribution Board, Isolators, VFD control panel, Fire Alarm System, Bus- duct, ATS, Generator Control Panel. Installation of new MDB at Control Tower through planned shutdown of the existing feeders and successful reenergize in the provided time limit. Vendor Management
• Providing backup power for the essential services for the Control tower during shutdown. Migration of UPS System, Generator Power Supply & Automatic Control Panel of ATS for Control Tower and its reenergization. Raising inspection reports with redline drawings in a proactive manner and coordinating with the QC.
• Develops manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for building and assembling electrical components, soliciting observations from operators. Using tools & testing equipment oscilloscopes, ammeters and test lamps. Confirms systems and components capabilities by designing testing methods
• Develops electrical products by studying customer requirements, researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials. Assures product quality by designing electrical testing methods, testing finished products and system capabilities. Identify issues and problems, develop appropriate solutions
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and technical innovations in electrical engineering. Communicate effectively with the electrical engineering team and project stakeholders, including the Customer. Prepares product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

PROJECT: 400/132 KV SHAMS SUBSTATION AND ITS ASSOCIATED WORKS | CLIENT: DEWA AND ABB
• Increased the company’s profit margin by 15 % for this Project and lead the way for acquiring new projects.
• Submitted the Planning Package to the Client. Played an integral role in completion of all major equipment erection without any delay by maintaining a close coordination with the Site team, Client and other Contactors. Preparing Monthly Progress Reports and submitting the same to management and Client.
• Activity wise work schedule preparation and man-hours estimation for major equipment milestones ie, 400 KV GIS, 400 KV GIB, 132 KV GIS, ICTs, 400 KV Reactors & 132 KV Reactors and load up the same in Primavera P6. Coordination in the Erection & Installation of 400 KV GIS, 132 KV GIS, 500 MVA Transformers.
• Close monitoring of daily site activities and maintaining a Daily Progress Report (DPR) from respective site supervisors. Interface with suppliers for preliminary costing, instrument component selection, and submittal document review. Understand project specific area classification requirements and apply correct solutions.
• Ensure conformance with environmental and safety requirements commensurate with executing required instrument maintenance or replacement activities. Maintain and update awareness of modifications to regulatory needs related to conduct of maintenance and construction of instrument. Stakeholder management
• Communicate with clients to determine needs and explain complex issues. Conduct research and studies on site. Manage field activities and implement engineering designs. Diagnose construction or machinery problems. Resolve malfunctions or other crises when they arise. Oversee repairs and technical improvements.
• Preparation of Budget of the project considering all Direct & Indirect Cost and loading the same in SAP. Preparation of Project Overall S-Curve, Discipline wise charts, Overall Project Progress Dashboard (Rundown Curve, Correlation Chart, Overall Project Dashboard, Monthly wise progress charts, Productivity Charts).

CLEAN FUEL PROJECTS - Mina Al-Ahmad Refinery (MAA) | CLIENT: KNPC AND JGSK \[JGC + GS + SK JOINT VENTURE\]
•Reviewed electrical integrity of major electrical construction drawings. Managed electrical crews and provided daily work task instructions/schedule. Resolved field related issues, i.e. Drawing, Site Conditions, Manpower, Materials etc. Installation of field equipment like Local Control Station, Junction Boxes & Outlets
•Supervision for the installation of Underground and above ground cabling for Electrical works from Substation equipment to field equipment including preparation of cable schedule for the field and beneath the sub-station (loop cable) & termination. Assistance in Cathodic Protection activities for U.G Piping & tanks.
•Preparation of Electrical Packages for TSF activities, design and calculation. Invoice preparation includes the claim of all electrical activities like substations (Panel Installation, Testing of Equipment, Glanding & Termination etc) and field activities (Lighting, Cathodic Protection, Earthing, Cabling, Power Outlets etc)
•Checking PTW’s, Isolation Certificates & Pad-locks, TSTI for the safe execution of task. Evaluates electrical systems, products, components, and applications by designing and conducting research programs, applying knowledge of electricity and materials. Understands and adheres to budget, schedule & quality requirements
•Assist with the preparation of detailed designs and drawings, specifications, data, calculations and reports. Performs routine research and develops recommendations for equipment and materials selection. Prepares engineering calculations following standard methods and principles used in similar engineering analysis.
Testing and Commissioning Activity: Commissioning of MV and HV Switch Gears. Testing and commissioning of HT and EHT power Transformers including open/short circuit tests, Vector group Tests, winding/insulation resistance tests& oil test. Commissioning of control and Protection panels. Testing of panels & Checking the operation of Motor installed in filed by carrying out Motor Solo Run Test (No Load Test). High-pot and PD test of MV Cables, Busduct.

PROJECT: Gas Processing Unit, Gandhar, Gujarat | CLIENT: GAIL (INDIA) LTD
•Experience in Installation of Sub-station equipment (Switch-gear, MCC, & accessories, Bus-duct etc.). Preparation of cable schedule for the lighting system, earthing system and supervision in carrying out the same work and complete in timely manner. Coordination and assistance in Cathodic Protection activities.
•Worked with local, national codes and customer specifications to ensure project installation of distribution box, Lighting, cabling and cable routing. Glanding and Termination of cables ( EHV, HV, MV, LV )
•Installation of MV panels and Transformers, Power supply for the industries and residential buildings, cable laying works. Lead a team Of Supervisors & Electrical Technicians for the Smooth Operations of Commercial Development. Perform calculations, prepare drawings and prepare reports as required.
