Job Responsibility:
* Responsible for all of QA / QC Mechanical MEP related activities. Check and review the quality plans & specifications for the proper construction & quality implementation at site.
* Performing pre-inspection to ensure that all installed materials are within the standard in conformance to applicable drawings & specs., conduct final inspection with owner's representative prior to proceed that requires step by step inspection as per inspection and testing procedures (I.T.P.), and documenting the same on pre-defined check sheets.
* Render monitoring and surveillance on site to control the quality of work being implemented by the construction group, and documenting the same on pre-defined check sheets. Maintaining the project quality records (Test certificates, Check sheets, etc.) and ensuring these records were certified by the client / consultant and gathering all these records to submit for final handing over process.
* Interfacing with various disciplines to ensure smooth execution of the project.
* Preparing and Issue of NCR's to the QA/QC Manager for evaluation and onward issue to the sub contractor.
* Responsible in keeping as built as per site condition or actual installation.
* Responsible to monitor, record change order, site instructions & RFI's.
* Responsible for giving guidance to site team to prevent, avoid inappropriate installation.
* Responsible to uphold safety requirements precaution to workers on site.
