12 Month Contractual role developing a westernised HR structure for a renowned Family owned Business. The overall objective of this position is to develop a fully functional HR department and install country specific nationals as HR Managers per region.
• Working in a newly devised HR team providing strategic advice to a very diverse and challenging business across the Middle East whilst also playing a key role in the development of a forward thinking, aligned HR Strategy.
