Coordinate Worker’s Welfare Evaluation activities across all projects
Maintain and monitor welfare facilities in the site and camp.
Carry out the policy to Joint PWA-GEC audit to improve Contractor’s and
subcontractor's working and living conditions.
Participate in Workers’ Welfare Inspections as required.
Ensure that the project’s Worker’s Welfare information is produced,
appropriately, filed, and maintained as required.
Conduct inspections with relevant parties whenever required and facilitate
the closeout of non-conformities observed during welfare facility
inspections.
Inspection of workers’ accommodation monthly.
Inspection of workers’ welfare facilities in construction areas
Inspection of Sub-contractor’s accommodation to ensure compliances prior
to mobilization on-site.
Initiate monthly campaigns for the health, wellness, and welfare of the
workforce.
Monitor and make sure of 100% compliance of project manpower on Health
Screening.
Handling workers’ grievances related to work/accommodation.
Management Plan, and relevant procedures to ensure compliance with
applicable legal and contractual requirements
To maintain regular and effective liaison with all levels of management in the
project, the clients, and the HSE local authorities.
Assist HSE supervisor in implementing Project HSE Management Plan,
Construction Environmental Management Plan, and relevant procedures to
ensure compliance with applicable legal and contractual requirements.
Undertake daily site inspection and monitor high-risk activities like
excavation, demolition, working at heights, hot works, confined space, work
on energized system, hydro testing, road works, etc. to ensure that any
unsafe act or unsafe condition observed is corrected immediately.
Conducts daily plant and workplace inspections with a view to discovering
unsafe acts or conditions to correct implement deficiencies and observe
safety standards.
Implements and enforces accident prevention plan and job hazard analysis
and ensures compliance with all safety and health requirements.
Monitor proper housekeeping and cleaning of the working area including
tools, furniture, equipment, and vehicles.
Recommending safety measures and methods of eliminating unsafe working
conditions and procedure.
Ensure that all workers are qualified and competent to operate the job.
Ensuring that STARRT Briefings are clearly discussed and understood by the work force.

Ensure that the company has at the all-time capability to operate safely.
Attend HSE/Welfare Weekly Meetings with the work supervisions.
Conduct a toolbox meeting and site-specific induction to all newly hired
workers and staff personnel.
Ensuring all safety requirements are provided in construction activities such
as excavation, concrete.
pouring, lifting, mechanical plant equipment operation, hot work, cold work
operation, working at heights, confined spaces, electrical, scaffolding, etc.
Ensuring required barricades and safety signages are installed in required
areas.
Ensure that all firefighting equipment is always in excellent condition.

protection, confined space, materials handling, housekeeping, slips, trips,
falls, etc.
Coaches’ workers in the use of PPE, fire extinguishers, and other safety
equipment
Participate in planning and meetings to identify health and safety concerns
inherent in the operations.
