-Monitor work progress with external Consultants to ensure that it meets the time schedule in addition to grantee professional design documents.
- Studying Marketability of Architecture design of units & Urban Design of Master Plan.
- Market Studies for new development .
-Quantities and Qualitative of Real Estate Market
-Coordinate Between Drawings, B.O.Q and Specifications
- Quality Control for Architectural, Structure and Permits drawings received from consultants of The project.
-Design & working Drawings for Residential Buildings
- Making Bill of Quantities (B.O.Q).

1. Taj City Luxury Residential project spread over 2.4 million m2 That consists of different types of residential units Twin house, Town house, apartments and separate villas
2. Al Waha Upscale Residential project of elegant high-rise apartment buildings along with administrative and commercial facilities.

1- Making Finishing Works for 4 apartments in Heliopolis District (work as Contactor Engineer).
2- Participate at construction phase for residential building at El Highkstep City (work as site Engineer ) .
3- Participate at re-planning and Development Studies of residential neighborhood at Dream Land Project .(work as Urban Planner) .

Job Description :
1- Saidnawy Competition (Participate in Urban Design and Architecture design for saidnawy building ).
2- Al opera square Competition (Participate in Urban Planning &Urban Design for the square).
3- Bulgarshy Project in Saudi Arabia "landscape project" (Participate in landscape Design & Landscape Working Drawings).
4- Mait Ghamr City "Detailed Planning project " (Participate in making detailed maps for the Mait Ghamr City).
5- Haleab triangle" Regional Planning Project "( Participate in making Regional Planning maps for Haleab triangle ).
Title “The Management of Integrated Relationship Between Design Process & Marketing Phase at Residential Compounds” The Thesis aims to finding the mechanism to manage the integrated relationship between design process parties & marketing phase parties before launching of marketing phase to get compound design that is compatible with marketing phase & users of compound needs. The study resulted in a comprehensive comparison between residential compounds of case study (Allegria-Sodic-,Uptown Cairo-Emaar-&Golf Views-Palm Hills-), which focused on studying the interactions of design process and marketing phase at these compounds before launching of marketing phase, findings mechanism of fully integration between design process management & marketing phase management to match marketing phase & users of compound needs.
