engineers, sent this requested through ERP program and oracle.

• Develop and execute Plant & Equipment Development specific strategic vision, mission, and objectives.
• Plan, organize, direct, control, and coordinate maintenance activities/operations and direct the P&E maintenance department, including equipment reliability.
• Interpret and apply pertinent rules, regulations, policies, and procedures set forth by the company department.
• Develop and recommend new or revised policies and programs to meet the needs of the department.
• Direct preparation of the budget and control expenditures in accordance with budgeted amounts.
• Review and authorize purchasing of supplies, services, and equipment; coordinate requisition; approve travel, special projects, and cost-saving plans. Review and sign daily
reports related to the maintenance department.
• Collaborate with finance to create and execute maintenance capital budget to ensure that financial allocations and obligations are set, administered, and met.Responsible
for process management and equipment trends and trend analysis.
• Conduct interviews, hire new staff, evaluate, terminate, and delegate training of personnel as needed.
• Daily follow-up with the traffic and operations department to prepare a fuel consumption report and compare it to working hours or kilometers.
• Collaborate directly with human resources to ensure employee issues or concerns are correctly addressed and resolved.
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the maintenance department.
• Monitor the performance and productivity output in the department; take corrective action as required.
• Make recommendations and implement productivity improvement initiatives and equipment upgrades.
• The ability to prepare an Asset register and how to calculate depreciation, in cooperation with finance department

• Manage and provide technical leadership to all plant & equipment maintenance repair workshops.
• Coordinate activities and requirements of all repair workshops relative to maintenance, operations, and construction projects.
• Provide management and oversight to workshop operations, work processes, and performance; coordinate scheduling and prioritize activities and assessments according
to construction project requirements.
• Manage and direct maintenance supervisors and engineers responsible for directing repairs and maintenance of mechanical and heavy equipment such as loaders, motor
graders, dozers, excavators, backhoes, augers, piling machines, cranes, rollers, bobcats; trucks such as Hino, Zy, Hino, Zs Mitsubishi, Scana, Man, lowbed, highbed; and
small cars, canters, asphalt pavers, asphalt rollers, Crush stone plant, Asphalt mixing plan and workshop facilities.
• Monitor and improve work processes, procedures, and equipment to reduce or eliminate safety hazards and risks in the maintenance workshop with a goal of achieving a
zero lost time accident record.
• Receive, compile, and analyze equipment breakdown reports and coordinate implementation of engineered corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
• Statistically analyze equipment and process performance to assess reliability, maintainability, and availability.
• Coordinate to ensure appropriate inventory levels for standard replacement parts are maintained in coordination with ordering, procurement, and warehousing sections.
• Develop and maintain mechanical equipment critical parts list.
• Maintain and update equipment mechanical availability and utilization reports. Direct follow-up engineers and maintenance planners in the development, analysis, and
preparation of reports.
• Assist and contribute information in the preparation of departmental, capital, and cost per hour budgets for machines and equipment.
• Contribute to and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the Plant & Equipment department.

• Responsible for the mobilization of heavy equipment and machines required by the new and existing project sites as determined and requested by the assigned site traffic
and operations coordinators.
• Responsible for the deployment of heavy equipment, trucks, and machine operators to the project sites.
• Receive and compile equipment/machine operational logbooks from all project sites on a weekly basis.
• Coordinate with project site engineers to improve machine efficiency and optimize utilization.
• Maintain reports on equipment efficiencies, stating reasons for non-operation of available and operable machines.
• Plan, schedule, and conduct training sessions for operators on proper checking and operating procedures to avoid equipment abuse, premature wear, and failure.
• Conduct equipment accident investigations to determine the root cause of failures and assist with the implementation of corrective action.
• Control and manage the traffic and operation sections budget while meeting commitments to project department targets.
• Perform other duties related to the nature of the job as may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Manages the day-to-day activities of the maintenance workshop.
Ensuring workplace safety, maintains a safe work environment and promote safe work practices.
Instruct subordinates to ensure all equipment and tools are safe to operate and use - detects and correct safety issues.
Promote high standard of housekeeping in the workshop and sorrounding areas.
Provide management and oversight to the shop operations and daily performance of all workers in the shop and crews assigned on job orders, coordinating, scheduling and prioritizing activities and assignments.
Conducts inspections of all equipment in the shop and work activities to ensure these are built and performed to standard specifications and instructions.
Providing prints and instructions on work orders for all personnel as needed.
Provide technical support for efficient troubleshooting, problem solving activities and maintenance repairs to maximize efficiencies and limit equipment downtime.
Continuously apply sound mechanical and electrical solutions to resolve hindrances to equipment efficiencies and to drive for continuous improvement.
Provide leadership in implementing, maintaining preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
Manage maintenance workshop costs within budgetary guidelines.
Insure that appropriate inventory levels for standard replacement parts are maintained in coordination with ordering and warehouse sections.
Assist in performing follow-up analysis to identify and resolve recurring downtime and inefficient operational issues.
Drive employee engagement, training and development to maximize work quality, safety and productivity goal attainment.
Effectively communicate results and action plans to appropriate employees and managers.
Coordinates with human resources to insure employee issues or concerns are correctly addressed and resolved.
Ensure all workshop maintenance activities are conducted in a safe and controlled environment.
Ensure workshop personnel practices conforms to the personnel department policies and programs.
Directs repairs and/or replacement of equipment as needed to the highest standard of quality at optimum cost and reliability.
Develop and implement a long range maintenance strategy to improve equipment reliability within area of responsibility.
Maintains on-highway mobile equipment and vehicles to the highest standard of repairs to ensure continued regulatory compliance and minimize company's liability exposure.
Attends and participate in company meetings, seminars and training sessions as required.
Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job maybe assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop preventive maintenance schedules for plant, machinery and equipment to ensure that these continue to operate at optimum levels.
Monitor the performance of plant & equipment and revise maintenance schedules as necessary to ensure their continued effective performance.
Ensure that all documentation and procedures are sent to, or provided by suppliers and contractors when receiving new plant, equipment or spareparts.
Determine the optimum level of spare parts to be held in stock to ensure that availability is maintained at minimum cost.
Maintain comprehensive records of stocks and maintenance carried out.
Monitor the results of the planned maintenance programme and introduce any required changes where effectiveness needs to be improved.
Perform repair according to manufacturer’s defined plan.
Provide technical training for mechanics and other labors.
Maintain knowledge of new developments in maintenance practices and procedures to ensure that there is continuous improvement in maintenance standards.
