- Create and implement effective direct logistics and distributions strategies to lead the franchises toward the achievement of corporate revenue objectives.
- Building and optimizing the distribution channel, managing the channel partners to ensure alignment with the overall performance objectives of the franchise.
- Develop competencies, matrices, and processes required to create an effective and efficient delivery network.
- Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching, and development while comparing results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary.
- Building strong customer relationships and managing them.
- Ensure effective hiring, orientation, training, development, and retention of delivery staff to build a strong and high-performance team.
- Provide supervision through field visits, observations, and measurement of results to increase the efficiency of the franchises.
- Proactively identify changes in e-commerce delivery systems, and modify strategies and tactics accordingly.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual delivery forecasts.
