-Member of the start up and commissioning team at Ain Sokhna plant in collaboration with DANIELE team.
-Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance during operation and shutdowns.
-Creating maintenance procedures and preventive maintenance plans.
-Making scheduled checks on machinery and parts.
-Responding immediately to equipment breakdowns.
-Fault finding during production.
-Assessing need of spare parts and mechanical supplies stocks ( Using SAP ) and make spare parts orders.
-Ensure that health and safety and sustainability policies have been implemented during the site daily activities.
- Good knowledge and understanding of technical documentation (hydraulic and lubrication schemes).
- Good knowledge and management of hydraulic equipment (pumps, valves, flow switch, pressure gauge, filter, heater …)
-Performing jobs on rigs with Stands Handling System “SHS” device.
-Responsible for maintenance of the power tong and diesel power
pack at the site.
-Make up tubes using the power tong and the JAM unit.
-Site management and dealing with the owner representative directly.
Installing and repairing for off-set printing machines like HEIDELBERG and GOSS.
-Routine maintenance and on call service.
-Member of the maintenance team for machinery refurbishment
Receiving cars from clients.
-Performing diagnostics on cars and determining necessary repairs.
-Controlling the implementation of procedures
