Handle two (2) major production line Telecom Assembly Products & Electrical Assembly Products with a total 156 manpower.
Prepare Production Plan & schedule base on customer demands & requirements.
Conduct Production monitoring & progress to meet desired targets.
Prepare process guidelines, procedures & manuals on 5S & safety to maintain standardized operating procedures.
Conduct process audits on safety & 5S and recommends containment actions & countermeasures.
Maintain and implement 5S system and good manufacturing practices in the production area.
Provide trainings & seminars to subordinate on good manufacturing practices on QUALITY, 5S & SAFETY.
Conduct training on process assembly of Electrical enclosure products such as Single Meter Box, Double Meter Box, Quadruple Meter Box, CT 200A Meter box, CT 400 Meter Box, CT 630 Meter Box. Low Voltage Cabinet, LV Base and Water Meter Box.
Participate in the company wide SAFETY Campaign to eliminate occurrence of accident inside the process.
Handle different production process like marking, trimming & forming, visual inspection, Deburring, Baking and Solder Plating process with a total of 134 manpower.
Implement goals, Plans and policies of the company and serves as a link between management and rank & file employees
Formulate and set Process objectives, target & plans (OTP) to reduce non-value activities.
Work on cost reduction and productivity improvement activities.
Calculate manpower need base on given production plan (3 months & 6 months plan).
Conduct quality and process audit to ensure smooth production operation.
Conduct investigation during production abnormalities, accidents/incidents about safety and recommend containment action and/or countermeasures.
Prepares technical reports and presentation regarding problems which are critical to product quality and yield, efficiency and productivity
Make action plans and corrective actions in case of abnormalities on materials, machines, manpower and methods.
Maintains cooperative attitudes with employees as well as subordinates, superiors and other staff departments.
Ensures that the finished products are finished on schedules, deadlines are met, projects are completed when promised, and quality meets the prescribed standards
Conduct Time & Motion study to optimize production time in order to eliminate and/or reduce non value added activities.
Provides direction and trainings & certification to all operators, inspectors, process technician and process group leaders regarding process procedures, 5S and safety .
Maintain and implement 5S and good housekeeping in production area to promote safety.
Participate in the company’s ISO 14001 & 9002 activities such as preparing and writing procedures and work instructions.
Conduct 5S audits, safety, and Internal Quality Audits in the production area.
Perform Production Planning and inventory control for direct & indirect materials.
Monitor kaizen/suggestions progress in the process.
Conduct mentoring and counseling to subordinates having behavioral problem by applying the ABS skills.
Provides equipment daily and periodical preventive maintenance as well as recurrence prevention of process abnormalities for human error.
Calibrates vision system and other parts of the machine. This calibration done as per schedule or when trouble occurs.
Repairs/trouble shoots machines and die sets to eliminate jams and machine errors at minimum downtime.
Perform die tooling maintenance and monitoring.
Perform machine conversion and package set-up
Knowledge in maintenance of different semiconductor machines like NEC, MARKEM, YAMADA, SHIBUYA KOGYO, etc.
courses: Government Examination Taken: Oct 4~6, 1997 Electrical Engineers Board Examination conducted by Professional Regulation Commission held in Manila.
