Client/Project:
Lead multiple Agile and Waterfall methodology-based projects.
• Leading the solutions and consultancy team for travel and hospitality vertical
across multiple projects in areas like digital transformation for Loyalty product,
E-Commerce, Guest communications & Disruptions management.
• Analyze business needs and work with stakeholders to propose and deliver
cost effective solutions.
• Creation and maintenance of master plan covering task dependencies and
monitoring of critical path.
• Provides project management services such as initiating, planning, risk, issues
& change analysis /management.
• Serves as a member of the leadership team to improve the overall quality of
processes and tools within the organization.
• Provided process ownership and leadership for governance processes i.e.
change management, risk management etc.
• Managed resources to ensure that project was delivered to agreed time, budget
and scope.
• Provided information about the overall program of projects to enable the
Steering Committee to make decisions about project progress, prioritization,
resourcing and funding.
• Developed standards / guidelines to support a consistent project management
methodology across the program. Created program management templates in
light of standard project life cycle & KPI’s.

Key Responsibilities:
• Agile based product development and product management.
• Provide Business and functional consultancy to all stakeholders. Analyzing
client’s products and service requirements, Proposing solutions and
enhancements, conducting POCs and contributing towards RFI/RFP and
RFQ’s.
• Preparing BRD/SRS/FRD, Scoping document, POC, Business definition
document, Wireframes and prototypes, GAP analysis, Impact analysis,
Requirement Traceability matrix, test strategy, test plan, use cases and user
stories.
• Facilitate/chair sprint review meetings and release planning meetings withthe
team providing inputs on Key business and technical objectives.
