PROJECT OPERATION MANAGEMENT -

o Handling Operations for various AMC (Security Systems) for CCTV and Access Control System which includes client interaction, documentation, team’s rooster management and technical support.
o Leading a team of Site Engineers and technicians for new installations and maintenance projects.

o Handling related communications with MOI-SSD department, arranging approvals.

PRE-SALES ENGINEERING

o Designing and costing for solution including CCTV, ACS, IAS, Gate Barriers, X-ray Scanners, and other ELV Systems including Structured Cabling, SMATV, Audio System. etc.
o Involves in pre-bid Risk Assessment and Pre-sales designing consultation.
o Techno-commercial Presentations to higher management.
o Vendor management and negotiations.
o Project planning including procurement and shipment ensuring timely deliveries complying deadlines.

ACHIVEMENTS

o Started the ELV division. Direct reporting to General Manager.
o Bagged and executed several mid-Size new installations and few mega size AMC project.
o Headed the technical team and managed their operations.
o Made company as the partner for some reputed brands in the market.
o Make footprint of company in ELV market.

 Creating techno-commercial proposals for Security Solutions including CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Access
Control, Gate barrier, and Storage System Solution for the brands Hanwha Techwin (Samsung), SeeTec,
Vanderbilt (Siemens), RBH, Promise.
 Creating techno-commercial proposals for ELV Systems like Structured Cabling, PA system, IP telephony.
 Pre-sales design consultant.
 System Proofing, design of concept, Value Engineering.
 Product demonstration and training.
 Technical Presentations and Training to Clients.
 Vendor management, Cost negotiations.
 Consultant Submittal Preparation for product approval.
 Regular research about new/better quality/cost effective products/system available based on market
trends and updates.

 Tender Techno-commercial bid preparation and submission.
 Technical Specification evaluation of products as per tender.
 Managing contracts including product discipline like CCTV, Personal and Baggage/Parcel Screening
System, ANPR/Under Vehicle Scanning System, Explosive Detection and Disposal System.
 Solution designing for Homeland Security System encompasses multiple System including Guard Tour
System, EKMS, IDS, ACS, X-Ray Scanners, WTMD, UVSS Explosive Detection and disposal systems, Road
blocker/Bollard System, etc.
 Vendor management, negotiation as per technical and financial requirements of tenders.
 Work schedule planning and co-ordination within organization and with customer.
 Project Execution, dealing with both technical and non-technical requirements within projects
 End client liaison during project execution.

 Kit and production planning for upcoming production.
 Co-ordination with respective departments regarding production like quality, store, logistics, R&D etc.
 Process flow establishment for newly introducing models.
 System full proofing by process and quality management against NCs, and other documents.
 Process rejection verification and counteraction establishment for the same.
 Documentation for various aspects as required, kike, 5why, 3D, etc..
