PROJECT OPERATION MANAGEMENT -

o Involves in pre-bid Risk Assessment and Pre-sales designing consultation.
o Techno-commercial Presentations to higher management.
o Vendor management and negotiations.
o Project planning including procurement and shipment ensuring timely deliveries complying deadlines.

Vanderbilt (Siemens), RBH, Promise.
Creating techno-commercial proposals for ELV Systems like Structured Cabling, PA system, IP telephony.
Pre-sales design consultant.
System Proofing, design of concept, Value Engineering.
