Project execution

Manage and supervise at project level, all engineering and administrative policies and procedures. Ensuring all the projects are completing with in the contractual time, budget and quality. Developing and implementing of site planning and procedures for the execution of the works. Ensuring the works performed complies with all requirements of the contract documents and specifications. Monitoring and controlling the changes to the works. Knowledge and understanding of the general and subcontract documents, drawings, specifications, construction means, methods and materials. Knowledge of construction cost control. Review and approve all subcontractor's payment applications. Programming the work schedule and organizing the engineers, foreman and subcontractors as required by the Contract. Evaluating material requirements, which are prepared by engineers and foremen. Overall in-charge and handling the projects to the successful completion as per the Contract. Preparing the project progress reports and variations. Arranging the Civil Defense, Etisalat, DU, DEWA and DM Inspections including coordination with Environmental Health & safety department. Coordination with estimation & design team during tender stage of project. Preparation of project planning by Primavera P6 during tender stage and after contract award including updating as per progress on projects.

• Ensuring all the projects are completing with in the contractual time, budget and quality. Developing and implementing of site planning and procedures for the execution of the works.
• Ensuring the works performed complies with all requirements of the contract documents and specifications.
• Monitoring and controlling the changes to the works. Knowledge and understanding of the general and subcontract documents, drawings, specifications, construction means, methods and materials.
• Knowledge of construction cost control.
• Review and approve all subcontractors’ payment applications.

• Evaluating material requirements, which are prepared by engineers and Foreman
• Overall in-charge and handling the projects to the successful completion as per the Contract.
• Preparing the project progress reports and variations.
• Coordination with Mall management, Consultant, Architects, Local Authorities.
• Arranging the Civil Defense, Etisalat, DU, DEWA and DM Inspections including coordination with Environmental Health & safety department.
• Preparing the monthly progress invoices and follow-ups with consultant and client for payment certificates.
