Specialises in online and offline distribution of luxury lifestyle hotels, apartments and residential rental properties as well as the daily operational management of properties. It manages over c750 direct and indirect staff and 2000 keys for clients in Italy, Thailand, UK, Malta, Dubai, Florida and Spain. Services include end-to-end management, asset management and advising on operational excellence. Clients include franchised hotels (Radisson) and affiliation distribution (LHW) with Excel providing active daily booking management and proven total quality management systems.
Responsible to the global board for setting up, signing and fulfilling operational contracts and for asset management and planning, including refurbishments, to meet the highest standards.
Report to the Chairman alongside Global CEO, CEO Sales, Chief Financial Officer and CEO Asia.
Remit for assets valued at c€200m and turnover in excess of €55m.
Currently travel for approximately half the working year to manage and maintain close contact with all operations.
