Reporting to the Group Plant Director and CEO. Responsible for all transport operations of crushed material from the quarries to external customers and to the company's asphalt and concrete plants. Responsible for all hearth moving equipment, heavy & light vehicles, and buses of the group. Management of the fleet of asphalt trucks, concrete mixers and waste transport. Transfer of equipment between projects. Financial analysis of transport cost per kilometer. Request for “Permits” to transport equipment and materials in exclusive areas (oil & gas, nuclear plants, etc.). Monitoring costs in tolls (Darb & Salik) and fuel by type of equipment. Payments for work permits to government entities (Asateel, Moroor, etc.). Implementation of GPS system and Fuel Management. System throughout the company's fleet. Technical study of all equipment acquisition proposals. Management of the company's Workshops all over UAE. Preventive maintenance planning for all company´s equipment and vehicles. Responsible for all technical assistance to equipment/vehicles on site. Approval of equipment repair/refurbishment budgets. Analysis of the productivity of technicians in the workshop and on site. Monthly meetings with the company's top management to define new goals.
