- Prepare and present weekly status updates
- Escalate issues to the Department Head based in Bahrain
- Pre planning for specific tour
- On reporting at start point, check vehicle, build rapport with driver and ensure all special requirements are met
- Showcase Bahrain to tourists through facts, stories, humor and sights
- Ensure guests are comfortable and solve issues, if any
- Collect written feedback from guests and submit to the tour operator
- Re-engineer the complete filing system
- Segregate the CVs received by position and check if they meet the requirements
- Data entry
- Update staff data in the system
- Accept HR requests from staff
