Key user for the inbound and outbound operational flow at the Richemont Operation Center (ROC), DAFZA. Richemont owns several of the world's leading companies in the field of luxury goods, with particular strengths in jewellery, watches and writing instruments.

PROFILE: System Administrator ( Reporting to the Warehouse Manager)

JOB PROFILE:
● Build waves in the WMS (INFOR) and follow release priorities as per the agreed SLA's
● Brand management and handling escalations.
● Ensuring pick and pack completion as per the agreed KPI's
● Managing inventory exceptions and liaising with inventory to prevent order delays.
● Catering to the needs of the various brands based on urgency & special instructions.
● Managing the warehouse team in the absence of team leaders.
