Ran Small Scale Operations
Responsible for International Business in HS Brands International. Worked closely with International clients, on specific requirements, and managed overall activities and ensured quality controls of the project.
Quality control on major Indian projects for questionnaire, guidelines, presentations and reports.
Responsible for end to end project management starting from Project scoping, Resource planning and successful execution with a team of 25 analysts, working with them closely to meet required timelines.

Created and executed the data for International shoppers in HS Brands International
Single handedly managed “Shopper Relations”, in HS Brands International with a database of 5000+ shoppers. Managed Data Quality Controlling, within the compliance policies. Standardized policies and procedures, to ensure data quality.
Planned, monitored and managed the database, with my team, for usage. Continuously improved the existing database with Randstad and Manpower services.
Knowledge of operations on data management, research and understanding the business systems.

Sourcing Specialist
Identified hiring needs, developed the position description, Recruitment Plan, organizational chart and other recruitment related documents. Implemented, sourcing plans and tactics to effectively manage the assigned portfolio and associated requirements.
Identified best fits with guidance from Category Managers and always within timelines.
Covered the entire process of sourcing, selecting, and onboarding employees, with, “employee orientation”.
Part of all post recruitment activities - Performance appraisals, quarterly reviews, trainings etc.
