Duties and Responsibilities

· Adept in handling the complete Recruitment Process Cycle for the employees. Planned Recruitment strategies and coordinated with retained manpower agents in countries like Nepal, Philippines, Sri Lanka, India, Kenya, Nigeria etc.
· Contributed in sourcing through Referrals, Consultants, Job Sites, and Newspapers Ads for all Departmental requirements. Handled the end-to-end recruitment process which includes sourcing, phone screening, scheduling interviews, and giving the offer letter.
· Held responsible for joining arrangements of newly hired staff (visa, ticket, accommodation, airport transfer etc.) Performed joining formalities of new staff (Introduction to HR Director, Submission of Required Documents, Appointment Letter and Preparation Staff File).
· Maintained a flawless communication with the employees; ensured timely resolution of employee grievances
· Ensured facilitated adherence to statutory compliances, policies and procedures as per the company's norms and statutory provisions
· Conceptualized and implemented suitable plans & procedures to facilitate smooth and efficient day to day operations
· Follow up signed offer letter and other related documents of hired candidates -Agency and Direct Candidates
· Monitoring, updating & processing hired candidates end-to-end
· Monitoring and updating of HR- Recruitment Report (Selected & Offered candidates, Visa Report, Newly Joined Staff, Insurance Report, etc.)
· Personal Correspondence of the Recruitment Manager
· Assist in Admin, Payroll and Training Section as required
· Other duties as assigned
