Responsible for Quantity and timely delivery of spare Parts to the store.
Negotiation regarding cost and taking corrective measure regarding quality of items.
Follow up import orders and assuring their timely delivery so as to reduce the breakdown time.
Forecasting price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power.
Maintain records and tracked work orders, spare parts and maintenance history of equipment and more through computerized system.
Supervising maintenance management staff and conducting performance reviews of workers and technicians.
Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
Ensuring a proper record of all Machinery and Vehicle documents.
Maintaining Log books and other resources document at sites.
Supervising and Monitoring Maintenance & procurement of Equipments and Vehicles at sites.
Handling Procurement and executing the Purchase orders.
Follow-up Purchase orders delivery.
Ensuring time delivery of the parts by the vendor for Maintenance and Repair.
Ensure that workshop supervisors are utilizing full capabilities of FMS for workshop management.
Spearhead efforts in managing activities right from the conceptualization stage to the execution; involving finalization of technical specifications, tendering, procurement, scheduling, progress monitoring, erection, testing & commissioning, site management.
Troubleshoot breakdowns; carry out root cause analysis of the problem to come out with its permanent solution. Review the operational practices, identify the areas of obstruction / quality failures and advise on system and process changes for qualitative improvement in productivity.
Deftly involved in Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance & predictive Maintenance schedules for improving the overall reliability and safety of plant, personnel and production processes.
Proactively identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and taking corrective measures / steps to rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting tools
Establishing quality standards, implementing stringent quality control systems to enhance quality of equipment installation and operation.
Ensuring maintenance of proper documentation for compliance with quality assurance requirements and compliance.
Accountable for workshop output and Workshop manpower Management.
Handling Customers for service satisfaction and work quality.
Looking over floor for proper servicing of vehicles and Safety Measures taken by technicians.
Accountable for undertaking preventive maintenance and scheduling tasks to maximize operational availability of equipments and reduce machine breakdown.
Involved in procurement of capital goods & project works involving tendering, evaluating bids, negotiations & price finalization.
Carried out routine Spare parts management and consumables to keep them in good working condition & conduct failure analysis and resolving breakdown issues quickly of equipments.
Responsibility to check that the job has been carried out as per the complaint.
To check defective spare parts has been replaced.
To check that the unit delivered to the customer is neat and clean.
